The following documents must be submitted:
Two letters of recommendation.
A copy of the passport and a personal photo.
- You will be asked to upload the following documents, so you need to prepare a scanned version of each document for upload:
* Passport (personal information page)
* An official document that marks the successful completion of high school-diplomas in many countries (if not in English or Turkish, it must be translated).
* Official high school transcript. National or internationally recognized test results or provisional results (if not available at the time of submission).
* English language proficiency test results (if any).
* Motivation Statement-You will be asked to prepare an article explaining why you want to attend Özyeğin University and what your goals are. This article should not exceed two pages.
It can be prepared as a “Word” or “PDF” document,
* which you will upload. (A strong “motivation letter” will increase your chances of getting a scholarship and even increase it).
After clicking the submit button, the International Office will receive your evaluation application:
If you are missing documents, the International Office will notify you via email. Until you provide the missing documents, your application will not be further evaluated.
If the application is completed, the relevant college admissions committee will evaluate your application and determine the percentage of admission-rejection-scholarship.
You will receive notifications about your application via email; please check your email regularly
If you are accepted;
You will be given a student ID number (for example: S009999), and you will be asked to transfer the prepayment amount of $1000 to the given U.S. dollar account. The detailed information will be given in the E-mail, please read the E-mail you received carefully!
(The advance payment will be deducted from the fall semester tuition).
Once we receive your advance payment, we will provide you with a paper admission letter and visa letter by mail (please enter your accurate home address when applying). You can also send us a prepayment deposit certificate via email to obtain your hard copy documents.
After receiving the admission notice and visa letter, you need to process the student visa application by yourself. Please do not be late to communicate your visa application with the consulate.
